What is Koler Dead Pixel Test?

Koler is a tool for evaluating display quality. It offers over 20 full-screen tests examining color, motion, response time, and more. It includes solid color tests, a moving object test for detecting ghosting and motion blur, and a range of visual assessment features. These features include reference photos, timelapse gradient scenes, and rendering references for color accuracy assessment. It also facilitates color calibration through features such as Gradient, Color Gamut, and Gamma.

The software also tests screen quality, including contrast, backlight bleed, screen burn-in, screen uniformity, frontend contrast, and PWM flicker. It includes sharpness and rendering tests, and provides a centered crosshair with ruler markings and an optional grid for viewing angles. It also provides detailed display information for each connected screen. The software is compatible with built-in displays, external monitors, and projectors, and doesn't require any permissions to operate.
