Klipa IPTV

Klipa is a free, local-first IPTV player for the playlists you already own. You bring your own M3U / M3U8 playlist (from a URL or a local file) or your Xtream Codes credentials, and Klipa turns them into a fast, well-organized library that lives entirely on your device. It ships with no channels of its own, no cloud catalog, and no app account — it is a neutral player for content you are authorized to access.

Unlike most players in this space, Klipa has no ads and no sign-up. Imported playlists, channels, favorites and settings are stored locally; nothing about your library is mirrored to a backend. When you add a playlist URL the app downloads it directly, and when you play a channel the player opens the stream URL directly.

Built with Flutter and tested on physical hardware before each release, Klipa runs on Android phones and tablets and has a dedicated Android TV layout for the living room, with touch and remote input both treated as first-class.
