Klarschliff GPU-Wächter

Klarschliff GPU-Wächter monitors NVIDIA graphics cards: GPU and memory temperature, headroom until thermal throttling, power draw, clocks, fans and throttle reasons — with a traffic-light status, peak values and a 10-minute history, plus optional CSV logging.

What is Klarschliff GPU-Wächter?

Klarschliff GPU-Wächter monitors NVIDIA graphics cards: GPU and memory temperature, headroom until thermal throttling, power draw, clocks, fans and throttle reasons — with a traffic-light status, peak values and a 10-minute history, plus optional CSV logging.

What sets it apart: on cards that report it (such as current ASUS models), it shows the current on each of the six pins of the 12V-2x6 power connector and calculates the imbalance between them. That imbalance is what melts connectors on high-end cards — and GPU temperature alone won't show it.

It can lower the power limit at the push of a button (with a Windows confirmation); it never intervenes on its own. Everything runs locally — no cloud, no account. One-time purchase of €19, no subscription. Runs on Windows 10/11 (64-bit) with an NVIDIA GPU; HWiNFO64 (free) is used for memory and per-pin values. No installation, no Python. Interface in English and German, switchable anytime.
