What is Kiyo Planner?

Kiyo Planner is a personal planner for events, to-dos, and habits, with optional period tracking built in. Available on the web and iPhone, it shows estimated menstrual cycle phases alongside your plans in a familiar calendar. If you've used a calendar app, you already know your way around Kiyo.

Planning is as much about how you feel as what you need to do. The same free time on your calendar can feel very different from one day to the next. So Kiyo shows estimated cycle phases as soft background colors across the monthly calendar, and a short note on each phase in the Cycle view. That gives you context when choosing dates for work, travel, exercise, or time off, or deciding how much to take on. Plan with your energy in mind. Your cycle is context, not a rule.

Events are about when, to-dos are about getting things done, and habits are about keeping going. Kiyo gives each its own place: events on a timeline, to-dos on their own checklist, habits in their own tracker. The Daily view is where they come together, with notes and countdowns for the day. Daily notes and completion history help you look back and decide what to plan next. Less to organize, less to keep in your head, and more room to feel at ease with the day you've chosen for yourself.

Features • Monthly calendar with goals and estimated cycle phases • Daily event timeline, to-do list, habits, and countdowns • Starred to-dos and a Someday list for undated tasks • Habit streaks, completion rates, and activity history • Period logging and cycle history • To-do and habit completion statistics across estimated cycle phases • Two-way Google Calendar and Google Tasks sync • Themes, dark mode, and a discreet mode that hides cycle-phase names

Kiyo works alongside Google Calendar rather than replacing it. Events and to-dos sync both ways with Google Calendar and Google Tasks, so what you plan in Kiyo shows up there and changes made there come back. Your cycle records stay in Kiyo and are not sent to either Google service.

Period tracking is optional and off by default. Enable Cycle syncing in Settings to use it. Log your period, and Kiyo estimates your phases and shows them next to your plans.

Try Kiyo on the web without an account. Guest records stay in your browser. Sign in to sync across the web and iPhone and connect Google Calendar or Google Tasks.

Available in English, Korean, and Japanese.
