What is Keystone Practice?

Keystone Practice is a financial analysis app for solo and group mental-health practices: which clinicians make money, what the owner keeps, and what to set aside.

Enter your numbers, or try the Snapshot on a CSV export from your EHR or payroll. No patient data, no integration, and the free read runs entirely in your browser. For a group practice it is a per-clinician profitability read; for a solo practice it is what the practice nets you, what you can pay yourself, and your real hourly rate once you count the admin.

Free to see the shape. $79 once for the exact group read, $39 once for the solo one. No subscription. It is a layer on top, nothing to rip out: Keystone never touches your books and never files anything.

Alongside the Snapshot, the site carries free single-question tools for practice owners: what a clinician is really worth once you load them fully, salary versus split for a new hire, the quarterly tax set-aside, cash runway, whether to raise rates.
