It looks really promising. I would love an open-source alternative to Microsoft Access, which, for some reason, is still pretty much unchallenged for 30 years and counting. LibreOffice Base is on the right track, but has a lot of usability issues. Kexi looks awesome, SQLite support is a great plus, as is the ability to migrate to/from PostgreSQL. What is Kexi?
Kexi is considered as a long awaited Open Source competitor for Microsoft Access, Filemaker and Oracle Forms.
Kexi is an integrated data management application. It can be used for creating database schemas, inserting data, performing queries, and processing data. Forms can be created to provide a custom interface to your data. All database objects – tables, queries and forms – are stored in the database, making it easy to share data and design.

Unfortunately, the project seems to be dormant. The last stable release was in 2019 and, browsing through the commit history, the last years have only seen basic maintenance and compatibility work, not bugfixes or new features. It's a pity. If I had the time to spare, I'd love to work on it, but at the moment I'm but a potential user.
Unfortunately my short experience isn't positive. The UI has some inconsistencies, the engine below crashed quite often. Even just managing 10 records (ten) with 4-5 fields each, when I tried creating forms and reports. Note that I also liked many of the features, but I found the whole application basically too much unstable - I tried /stable/ version 3.2.0, though the level of stability maybe is for a 0.3.2 /beta/ release, I'm disappointed
