Now with this you can create your own customized (Microsoft HTML Help 1.x) CHM files quickly and with no serious problems. What this program really does is to create the CHM project files for you (replacing the old, buggy and user-unfriendly HTML Help Workshop) and then use the CHM compiler (hhc.exe) to compile it.
