I am a data collector and KAPsurvey has served both online and offline data collection acitivities. It is also so organized in a way that it accomodates different survey projects with different team members. the geospatial data is also so incredible...I totally recommend KAPsurvey
I like it because it's very easy to use and you can intuitively use oit for all feedback emchanisms, or data collection, and get good analysis on the go. I really recommnd it.
