Jottoo

Jottoo is an AI meeting notes app for individual professionals such as consultants, sales reps and personal assistants. It works from whatever you have during or after a meeting: a recording made on your phone or computer, an audio file you upload, or notes you typed yourself.

Jottoo transcribes the audio, writes a summary of what was discussed, and pulls out decisions, action items and deadlines. Action items become tasks you can track, organised into folders by client or project, with a calendar view to keep deadlines in front of you. It can also draft a follow-up email from the meeting.

Unlike notetakers that send a bot into Zoom, Teams or Webex, nothing joins your call. That means it also works for in-person meetings, phone calls and workplaces where meeting bots aren't allowed.

Note content is encrypted on your device before it syncs to the cloud, and notes stay available offline. Jottoo is funded by subscriptions: there are no ads and customer data is not sold.
