What is Japa?

Japa counts prayers, mantras and dhikr with a large haptic counter while the words stay on screen. The collection brings together Buddhist, Hindu, Christian, Muslim, Jewish, Sikh and secular practices, each in its own script with a romanisation, and you can write your own.

Set daily goals in beads and rounds, keep a gentle streak, follow a calendar of observances, and pace your breath in the Breathe tab. Count from your wrist on Apple Watch with taps or the Digital Crown.

Counting and the Watch app are free. There's no account, no ads and no analytics, and the optional Lifetime purchase is one-time, never a subscription. Available in 33 languages.
