What is Jahia?
Jahia is a full-featured enterprise DXP (Digital Experience Platform), that is, the combination of two products:
• Jahia CMS is a Hybrid Content Management System (CMS) known as jContent, supporting both traditional (coupled) and headless content delivery approaches. It offers robust features for managing multi-site, multi-language, and multi-brand content, alongside user-friendly editing, Digital Asset Management (DAM), SEO tools, and workflow management. • Jahia CDP is a Customer Data Platform (CDP) known as jCustomer, which collects, unifies, and manages customer data from various sources. Built with Apache Unomi, it provides a 360-degree view of customer profiles, enabling real-time audience segmentation, personalization, A/B testing, consent management (including GDPR compliance), and advanced form management for data collection.
Built as an open-source project (Apache 2 license), Jahia can be used through its cloud offering (Jahia.cloud) or on-premises.
