Crews scan serialized items with barcodes (labels printed on-site), move them through configurable stage-gated workflows such as Intake, In Chamber, Inspect, and Pack-Back, with required photos and checklists at every stage, record dispositions (Green Tag / Red Tag / Red-M), and export an audit-ready chain-of-custody record — PDF plus image archive — in one click.

Evidence cannot be skipped: photo capture and checklist questions are mandatory gates on every stage, so every item that leaves the facility has a complete, defensible record. Reporting shows throughput by team and stage, and the offline-capable mobile app (iOS/Android) works in trailers and warehouses.
