Firstly the developer does a brilliant job coding. 99.8% of the time ISP Config runs exactly as it should.

v3 of ISP Config now offers an automated install script. This is a HUGE time saver for installing over earlier versions. (I've installed ISP Config on a number of servers over the roughly last 10 years or so.)

Very good support is available at the developer's website www.howtoforge.com for free.

Brilliant support is available by supporting ISP Config for €5/mo. I've always gotten a response much faster than I could have hoped for in my wildest dreams.

Additionally that support is ... wait for it ... accurate and corrected the issue. That is when I've provided the correct information.

For reliability and support this is my go to for server control panels.

I've read some complain about the 'plain' interface. That said, it's all logical and an extensive manual for admin operation is available online. A downloaded copy can be had for €5 or anyone donating on a monthly basis.

If you want pretty colours in a server control panel, look elsewhere.

If you want an absolutely rock solid control panel then ISP Config is for you.
