Both, registration and starting using the products was recently optimized, anyway, if you send them an e-mail with a customization request they will adopt it to you, it will take a 2 or more days, but is for free
Speed: intranet yes, real case scenario: not at all, try with y0utube HD video on diffreent locations
Small footprint, extremely fast, and Excellent for supporting clients all around the world! No installation required and has worked on both Windows as well as Mac OSX (Snow) Leopard. Worth every penny!
