iProcrastinate
What is iProcrastinate?
iProcrastinate is a simple, yet powerful task management application that syncs wirelessly with iProcrastinate between Mac and iPhone, or over the internet via Dropbox.
All Together, Now
A simple, informative layout shows you which Subjects have unfinished Tasks. Easily view which Tasks are due today, or sort them by priority.
Sharing is Good
Effortlessly (wirelessly) sync with other iProcrastinate devices, including other Macs, your iPhone, and (soon) your iPad. Edit Tasks with Ease
Easily edit Tasks using an intuitive (yet powerful) pop-up panel. Change priority, move to a different Subject, or even edit whether the Task repeats.
This Again?
Many Tasks (see: chores) occur frequently, often predictably. Tasks can be configured to repeat daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly. (Guys - if it's already too late, chocolate and flowers. Try harder next year.)
Break it Down
For more complicated Tasks, break it down into several Steps. You can easily view your "Steptual" progress in the main screen, and iProcrastinate can even mark the Task as complete when all Steps are finished.
Upper Management
For Tasks that relate to resources on your computer, manage and access them all in one place.
This software has been discontinued.

simple, easy to navigate and organize, shame it was discontinued
iProcrastinate offers most of the features you'd want from a to-do list app - the ability to sort tasks into categories, color-code them, set high-priority tasks with a star, and remember your tasks when you've done them.
And the iCloud sync lets you add tasks and tick them off when you are away from your computer. Do not underestimate this feature. If you have an iPhone or iPad, I suggest downloading the app for that as well.
The downsides - it is not possible to assign a task without a deadline. If you use an Android with your Mac (like me) then you're out of luck because there's no app for that. It only works with Apple products.
If you need more compatibility, then I strongly recommend Wunderlist, which has an app for every major platform.
