Instance

Instance provides businesses and creators with a branded community application hosted on their own domain. It combines member accounts, role-based access, real-time chat, voice rooms, media, storefronts, subscriptions, push notifications, email, moderation, and analytics in one platform.

Visitors can explore public areas before creating an account. Paid products are processed through Stripe and can grant the appropriate member role immediately after purchase. Operators can create recurring plans, one-time access products, private areas, paid channels, and storefronts within the community.

Each community can be configured with its own branding, domain, permissions, app icon, social metadata, and installable web app. Instance also includes webhooks, a Bot API, and an assistant that can manage members, roles, channels, products, announcements, permissions, and moderation workflows.
