What is InProQu?

InProQu is proposal and quotation software for freelancers, agencies and service businesses. Teams build branded documents from 33 blocks, including pricing tables, timelines, scope, terms and signatures, and reuse templates, saved sections and smart variables so every proposal starts from work they’ve already done. They can draft with their own ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini key, import old Word, PDF or scanned quotes, and send one link that works on web, mobile and print. Through the InProQu MCP server, teams can also create and edit proposals, look up clients and import old quotes from AI assistants like Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and VS Code. Clients review, accept and e-sign on any device, and the team sees when a proposal is opened. InProQu connects with 48 tools, runs on web, iOS and Android, and is priced per workspace, not per user.
