Nice, but wouldn't work for me for redirecting Chrome sound. (my main use case)

Am now using CheVolume, and it seems to work fine. (Audio Router also works, but I don't like that it doesn't minimize to the system-tray)

IndieVolume makes Windows programs use separate volume controls independent of other Windows programs.
