I often use this when I want to see an image someone has use as a background.
Outdated extension that used to be great up until it stopped being maintained. There's a much better alternative now, simply called "Image Downloader Continued", that's basically a fork of the original Chrome extension but with advanced features relevant to web users in 2020:
