From a usability perspective it's unbelievable that this product exists, horrible! Just for fun, compare the user experience of Jive and Connections. Experience it yourself and you will know what I mean.
Given the fact that adoption is one of the most important items with these products, usability is KEY.
Connections feels like a bunch of different products that have been glued together.
