HuddleCard is group greeting card software for teams. It covers the two jobs most companies split across two tools: scheduled birthday and work anniversary celebrations, and signed group cards for everything else.

Automated celebrations. Import your roster once (CSV, Excel, or Slack). Every week a short huddle collects messages; each honoree opens one page on the day and sees nothing beforehand. Birthdays and work anniversaries run on a schedule. No chasing signatures in DMs.

Occasion cards. Admins or managers launch farewells, promotions, welcomes, get-wells, or cross-team thank-yous in about a minute. Send team-to-one, one-to-many, or team-to-team. Recurring schedules cover annual occasions.

Signing. Teammates add text, photos, GIFs, video, and voice notes in the browser with a magic link. No app install, no account. Private messages stay between sender and recipient.

After delivery. Cards stay live with likes, comments, and threaded replies.

Slack. Roster import, signing reminders, delivery links, magic login to the admin portal, and a kudos wall via @mention.

Pricing: Free: up to 10 people, $0 forever, full product, no credit card. Pro: unlimited roster, automated celebrations, 30-day trial (no card). Billed monthly by active users (signed, opened, or commented), not roster size. First 10 actives each month free; tiered rates from $2.50 down to $0.50. Lite: occasion cards only, no subscription. $5 per card from prepaid credits (volume discounts at 5+ and 10+). Five free credits at signup. No automated birthdays or anniversaries.

Privacy-first: we do not collect birth years. Payments via Stripe. Company branding on cards.
