I've been using HTTP Toolkit for my development workflow and debugging, and it is hands down the best interception proxy I've used. It is far more modern and user-friendly than Fiddler or Charles. The "zero-config" setup actually works you just click a button, and it starts intercepting immediately, even in the weirdest setups you can imagine. Beyond the software being excellent, the developer (Tim) is incredibly supportive of the open-source community and genuinely cares about his users. It’s...

HTTP Toolkit offers a true one-click setup and an exceptionally clean, intuitive interface. What really stands out is how effortlessly it handles complex tasks—especially simplifying SSL-pinning bypass for Android . It delivers a smooth, reliable, and surprisingly easy experience for work that’s usually anything but.
Been using it to intercept into my Android Device for an app (which I'm surprised it even supports ADB with a one-click script!) which was super easy. Has pretty much everything you need whilst being incredibly lightweight for intercepting and viewing traffic with the huge plus of these various simple single-click scripts for intercepting other apps like docker or really anything. Amazing work Tim. Tim also offers a very generous free student Pro account or to those who are unable to afford it.
