What is House Matters?

House Matters is a property-care management app for home watchers, cleaners, and handymen managing second homes, cabins, rentals, and family properties. Each property can have its own checklist, visit schedule, and rate. The app creates routes from scheduled visits, prioritizes overdue properties, and lets workers complete checklists, attach photos, flag issues, and send completed visit reports to owners.

It supports per-visit and monthly billing for multiple properties through a business's own Stripe, Wave, or Venmo account. Property records can include key, stay, supply, and maintenance information, while clients can view visit records without installing the app. House Matters does not take a percentage of payments or provide leads.

House Matters is available for iPhone, Android, and the web. The first three client homes are free; unlimited homes cost $19 per month or $190 per year, with no per-user fee. It does not include GPS-verified check-ins, drive-time route optimization, crew dispatch, e-signatures, or offline use.
