Hotori is a 2D virtual office that runs in the browser. Your team shares one pixel-art floor. Walk within three tiles of someone and your voices connect; the closer you are, the louder they sound. Move away and it goes quiet. Not sure if now is a good time? Knock and add a short note; if they accept, you both move to a private booth, or they can tap "Later". Meeting rooms work like a video call: everyone in the room hears each other, with camera, screen share, and room chat, and nothing leaks outside. Sit at a focus desk and nobody can reach you except by knocking.
Pricing is per space, not per seat. You pick how many people can be inside at once (up to 25 or up to 50), register as many members as you like, and pay one flat monthly price: US$39 or US$69 a month. Inviting one more person costs nothing. The first 30 days are free with no card.
We don't record or store your voice, video, or chat. We have no sales team, so nobody will call you. Hotori (ほとり) is a Japanese word for the quiet edge of the water where people end up talking. It is built in Tokyo by a small team. Servers are in Japan. Paid plans are not available in the EU, EEA, UK, India, or South Korea.
