HookDeploy is a webhook infrastructure platform that captures, inspects, transforms, and privately delivers webhooks. Webhooks first land on HookDeploy's edge, are stored, and then forwarded, ensuring no data loss in case of downstream outages or misconfigurations. Users can replay the webhook with a single click and inspect the full request. The platform also allows payload modification and data distribution to multiple destinations.
HookDeploy's main feature is its private delivery mechanism. Instead of using a shared tunnel service or exposing a public endpoint, it delivers webhooks directly to your infrastructure through a source-available mTLS agent. This agent works as a background service on Linux, in the menu bar on Mac, and in the system tray on Windows, allowing production traffic to reach you without opening a port. The agent also supports "Taps" for local development, enabling developers to pull live traffic to their machine for debugging.
HookDeploy offers platform verification presets for Meta, Slack, and Zoom, customizable responses, sensitive fields sanitization, IP allow-listing, and multi-region delivery. It ensures customer data remains in-region instead of routing through a central database. A free tier is available with unlimited development agents. Paid tier pricing is based on production agents, which include automatic retries and incident handling.
