Cask requires Homebrew. First install Homebrew if you do not already have it:
$ ruby -e "$(curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Homebrew/install/master/install)"
To install Cask:
$ brew install caskroom/cask/brew-cask

If you're smart enough to use Homebrew, you'll definitely want to use this as well. It's absolutely fantastic. Great for installing, uninstalling, and updating with ease. It package list is surprisingly complete.
