What is Hoek's Tools?
Hoek’s Tools is a vast collection of portable utilities for the management, diagnosis and repairing of computer problems, recover lost or deleted files or cracking passwords. There are literally hundreds of utilities. Hoek’s Tools can be used as a collection of portable repairing and diagnostic utilities which can be run from within Windows without installation. To do this insert prepared CD or USB drive and select a utility from the HT program launcher menu. To open launcher menu you need run \htools.exe

this post is abandoned and outdated the web archive address works but does not work what is put in Dropbox nor the link put in the comments should be warned that this program ceased to exist for download on the Internet
