What is Hiri?
Fast, good looking email client. Lighter than MS Outlook with some unique and clever features. You can use Hiri to connect to Exchange, Office365, or a Microsoft email account (Outlook.com, Live, Hotmail). Other email providers, such as Gmail, Yahoo, etc are currently not supported.
Basics:
- Fully integrated calendar
- Tasks
- Contacts
- Built for Exchange, Office 365 and Outlook.com
- Uses Microsoft's own protocol - EWS. So if you need to go back to Outlook, everything will be synced.
Nice features:
- Great task list built in. You can just drag an email to the right-hand side to make a to-do item out of it.
- Super fast search
- Triage emails using the Action/FYI filters.
- Deal with emails using the 4 D's - Defer, Delete, Delegate and Do.
- Send emails with actions
- Dashboard and timer to remind you not to check email too often (this is a really bad habit!)
- Nice touch - the subject line is at the bottom of the compose window. You'll write a better subject line AFTER you've written your email. Get your emails noticed.

Comments and Reviews
I like it a lot, the folders at the right, the outlook tasks, the dashboard... I tried to use Outlook but I don't like it. Now with Hiri, I can use my outlook accounts again, thanks.
I stopped using it and forgot about that until the subscription renewal which I basically neither can’t cancel, not refund anyway.
My last few support requests have gone unacknowledged, but they sure charged that subscription. I emailed about canceling that too over 2 weeks ago with zero response. Coupled with zero updates in the past 12-18 months this project seems abandoned. Very unscrupulous devs.
That's exactly the same experience I had.
I stopped using it as it kept freezing (linux client). Support requests were ignored.
They then renewed my subscription. I'm now trying to see if I can persuade my credit card company to intervene.
Avoid.
It seems abandoned. People are are complaining that they are not responding, and updates haven't been pushed in over a year.
Abandonware, flee.
They'll still charge you though, but it hasnt seen an update since 2018. If it breaks, you're on your own.
It doesn't support Gmail at this moment
Works with exchange account like a charm!
In my experience on of the best exchange client solutions for linux out there!
