Helpz

Helpz is an AI coaching app designed for adults with ADHD, for the moments when you know exactly what to do but just can't start.

Tell your coach what's going on and it helps you break overwhelming tasks into one small next step, prioritize when everything feels urgent, and get moving again without guilt or lectures. You can name your coach and choose its personality: warm, direct, playful or motivational.

Helpz also reaches out first. Daily text check-ins mean you don't have to remember to open an app. Points, levels, badges and streak freezes reward progress, and points never go down, because ADHD brains have enough shame already.

Helpz is a coaching and productivity tool, not therapy or medical treatment. 7-day free trial, all features included, then $19/month. Cancel anytime in the app.
