What is Heliovue?
Heliovue is a cloud platform that automates the post-processing side of drone-based solar inspection. Upload the thermal + RGB images straight off your DJI drone (M3T, M3TA, M2EA), and Heliovue handles the rest: it pairs and stitches your frames into georeferenced orthomosaics, decodes absolute temperature values from the R-JPEGs through the DJI Thermal SDK — real °C per pixel, not relative heatmaps — runs AI defect detection trained on real solar thermal imagery (hotspots, cracked cells, bypass diode failures, PID), maps every finding back to individual panels, and generates an IEC 62446-3 styled PDF report ready to hand to your client.
