Pretty sweet little minimalistic chat, no registration needed, latex and code support, private hosted channels, and on a CLI-like UI. Could be self hosted, and im guessing with the correct prerequisites, could be accessed semi-anonymously on cloud browser running through tor and vpn proxies. ¯_(ツ)_/¯ But honestly if doing something criminal, there are likely better options that do not engage with http.
