They claim to fully respect their users.
Integrations with other game launchers aren't being maintained and many have become unusable, unfortunately. GOG needs more attention from the code owners to support the community integrations. I moved back to Playnite instead of GOG recently because of this.
Integrations have never been updated since the beginning, works bad, disconnected every time.

No controller support whatsoever.
Brilliant platform, I added my various accounts from Steam, Origin, Windows/xbox game pass, epic, Uplay, (+more) and it all gathered them in a nice library along with achivements, stats and even some friends from other places. Even though you need to have the other clients installed it is the best way to unify all those platforms, chats and services in one library/platform/service. /J
The client is for windows only.
Current betas are available for Windows and MacOS X, Linux port isn't ready yet.
