I love the service(es) and I use it every day. However it is recomended that you can unerstand at least a bit of Indonesian. As there is no built-in translater like you find it in the GRAB-App. I use the App to call a motorbike every morning and evening to go to work, I order Food with it if I have some craveing, I pay my grocery with Go-Pay the list goes on...
However... I'm convinced that the App is collecting loads of data about me and is using this data for targeted ads ad others.. I'm also quite sure that they would, with out hesitateing, give all the data to the Government.. so its a nice and good service but don't expect privacy.
