What is Glide BG?

Glide is an iPhone and Apple Watch app for families living with Type 1 Diabetes.

The problem it solves: you eat the same meals again and again, and still dose for them by trial and error. Glide finds repeat meals on its own and shows what you did the last times and how it went, with every carb and dose on the graph. Over a few weeks you see which meals keep running high. It replaces the post-it notes.

Everyone in the family follows the same CGM (Dexcom G6 or G7, FreeStyle Libre 2 or 3, or Medtrum) on iPhone and Apple Watch, and anyone can log carbs, insulin and meals. Plus the usual: high, low and fast rise/fall alerts, a Live Activity on the Lock Screen, Apple Watch app and complication, a bedside night mode, a short glucose forecast, time in range, GMI and GRI, a PDF report for the clinic, and mg/dL or mmol/L.

Free: readings, alerts, logging and followers. Premium: meal comparison, carb estimates from a photo, and a phone call at night on a low or lost signal.
