What is GlazeWM?
GlazeWM is a tiling window manager for Windows inspired by i3 and Polybar.
Why use a tiling window manager? A tiling WM lets you easily organize windows and adjust their layout on the fly by using keyboard-driven commands.
- Simple YAML configuration
- Multi-monitor support
- Customizable bar window
- Customizable rules for specific windows
- Easy one-click installation
Under the hood, GlazeWM adds functionality to the built-in window manager and uses the Windows API via P/Invoke to position windows.

Comments and Reviews
Decent windows manager, but pretty bulky at 200mb. Compare that to Komorebi and like 10mb.
Undergoing changes 8/24/2024. Windows reviewGlaze downloadhttps://github.com/glzr-io/GlazeWM/releases ..Tries to push a a different program toolbar Zebar at installation, but it seems unrelated and sort of sits in the taskbar like a mystery. There's no toolbar at the top of Glaze like similar programs. Is that what Zebar is for? Why doesn't it integrate automatically? Glaze works quickly after setup. Margins around the windows seem excessive. The program may be incomplete in its intents. A different program WorkspacerWM is the best program I am finding for this sort of thing so far.
