ONLINE BOOKING AND SCHEDULING
Publish a branded booking page with services, professionals and live availability. Choose instant confirmation or request approval, set working hours, service durations, buffers, breaks and time off, and send email confirmations and reminders. Customers can reschedule or cancel through secure links. Online bookings and manual appointments share one calendar.
DETAILED BEAUTY CLIENT HISTORY
Keep preferences, reported allergies and sensitivities, color formulas, session notes, before-and-after photos and appointment history connected to each client. Organize photos by client and session and find details from previous visits.
SIGNED CONSULTATION AND CONSENT DOCUMENTS
Prepare consultation and consent forms, collect signatures in person or remotely and keep finalized PDFs. Documents can be used independently of online booking.
PAYMENTS AND EXPENSES
Eligible businesses can connect Stripe, SumUp or Square to collect deposits, balances and custom client payments. Supported payment methods and refunds depend on the provider, merchant country, connected-account approval and device. Manual payment and expense tracking remain separate from moving money.
TEAM WORKSPACES
Team members have separate logins, professional profiles and calendars. Configurable roles control access to client records, finances, documents, booking and workspace administration. Solo professionals can start with the workflows they need and add others when useful.
OFFLINE MOBILE CLIENT WORK
Core client work is available offline in the mobile apps and synchronizes when connectivity returns. Live booking and payment collection require internet access.
FREE AND PAID OPTIONS
The free version supports three lifetime clients, including deleted records, and 150 MB of storage. Web subscriptions start at EUR 9.99 per month for one active appointment calendar; prices vary by calendar capacity, checkout, taxes and store.
