completely manual, nothing automatic
works well enough
has a magnified view to make points more precise
but no overall zoom
clunky gtk file chooser, drag and drop is buggy on windows
"View" menu works like a "Hide" menu
saves as space-delimited "dat" files
easy to overwrite dat file accidentally
