What is FormWeaver?
Load an Excel file and a PDF template, drag your column names onto the page where each value should print, and FormWeaver generates one PDF per row and packages them into a single ZIP.
It works on any PDF, including flat exports and scans that have no fillable form fields — so a certificate or letterhead designed elsewhere does not have to be rebuilt first. Each output file can be named from a column you choose, sanitised for every operating system, with duplicates given a numbered suffix instead of overwriting each other.
Nothing is uploaded. The page is served with a Content-Security-Policy restricting connect-src to its own origin, so the application is technically unable to transmit your files anywhere. No account, no install.
It does not send email, generate QR codes, perform OCR, or reflow text, and browser memory is the ceiling: a few hundred rows is comfortable, a few thousand is not.
