It is exactly what I was looking. It is offline and despite not being free, its license price is not a steal. It has lots of features to edit steps and pictures. Try it too.
$70 for this buggy software? no. There are lots of bug when you pause/resume the capture, also sometimes cant interact with the computer (somehow the capture box is always on top) that I can't click anything and need to randomly press something on my keyboard to make it normal.
I voted this 3 star because it had lots of options, its good but expensive for a personal use (non commercial) and 1 computer only.
This is literally Adobe but for screenshotting, not recommended for personal use.
