FocusNow works in three different work modes:
Work Block Mode – blocks websites and applications for a specific amount of work time. Pomodoro Mode – schedules short breaks at 25 minute intervals in order to help keep you relaxed and focused throughout your day. Schedule Mode – set your own schedule and vary it from day to day, or have it set for the long term.
