FocusKitty sits in the middle - distraction-free, but genuinely aesthetic. Five view modes let you work the way you want. Default gives you a clean card with a progress ring. Zen goes full-screen with nothing but the timer. Compact shrinks to a draggable floating pill that stays visible while you work in other apps. Analog shows a classic clock face with a pie sweep. Minimal strips everything down to a giant countdown and nothing else. Five themes - Chalk, Midnight, Sage, Rose, and Obsidian - are crafted to reduce visual fatigue and feel at home on any desktop. Everything is keyboard-driven. Space to start and pause, R to reset, N to skip, 1 through 5 to switch views instantly. No mouse required once you're in flow. There's no account, no onboarding, no dashboard to fill out before you can start. You open it and the timer is ready. Sessions, breaks, and long breaks are all configurable.
