What is FluxLine?

FluxLine is a desktop application for production-line design and material-flow simulation. It runs locally on Windows and Linux and provides Chinese and English interfaces.

Users can arrange equipment in 3D, configure parameters, connect ports and review material flow with discrete-event simulation. Model results include throughput, average cycle time, peak work in progress and equipment utilization. Available walkthroughs cover a first small model, lift connections, warehouse interfaces and routing with transfer equipment.

FluxLine is free for personal and commercial use. The source code is proprietary. The public download is a beta release. Optional AI features require the user's own model configuration and API budget.

Simulation results depend on the model and its inputs and require validation against real operations. FluxLine is not mechanical CAD and does not claim live PLC coupling, robot-controller virtual commissioning or guaranteed production improvements.
