Flownest is a simple feedback tool I built for indie founders.

The problem: User feedback is gold, but it's usually scattered everywhere — emails, Slack, Twitter DMs, support tickets. All are easy to forget about.

The existing solutions? Most are built for big teams with big budgets. Indie founders won't need AI-powered analysis tools or enterprise SSO. You just need to know what your users want.

So I built Flownest with three core features: ? Feedback boards with upvoting ? Status workflow (Backlog ? In Progress ? Shipped) ? Public changelog that updates automatically

That's it. Simple by design.

The whole thing runs on Next.js, Firebase, and Stripe. I'm a web designer by trade, and this is my first time building a complete small product, so I kept the stack lean and the pricing fair — $9/month after a 14-day free trial.

I'm launching today to get feedback and see if this resonates with other builders.
