What is Flowlingo?

Flowlingo is a language learning platform using pop culture for instruction. It offers content such as news, TV shows, and books to improve language fluency. It currently supports English and Spanish, with plans to add more languages. The platform is available on multiple devices.

Flowlingo features clips from native speakers, including content from Harry Potter, Peppa Pig, and music sources. Users can browse websites like Buzzfeed, CNN, and the New York Times to learn a language in context and understand the associated culture through local news. Users can also read and upload books, including free public domain and popular books like Harry Potter.

Flowlingo has a translation feature that lets users tap on any word or sentence for its translation. This creates a personalized flashcard for future reference. The platform uses a spaced repetition system to review flashcards, ensuring effective learning.
