FloorLine is a web-based shop floor tracking and planning system for small manufacturers, from 5-person job shops to plants with a few hundred people. It replaces whiteboards and spreadsheets with a live view of every job on the floor.
Each station gets a tablet running FloorLine's installable floor screen. Operators sign in with their own PIN, scan barcoded work order travelers, and start, stop, or complete steps. The live board updates for everyone the moment something changes, and scans keep working offline if Wi-Fi drops.
Behind the floor, FloorLine handles inventory and planning: items with routings and multi-level bills of materials, stock that updates as jobs consume and produce it, purchase, sales, and delivery orders, vendors and lead times, and replenishment based on what open work orders need. Higher plans add automatic scheduling around station capacity, shop hours, and materials, plus MRP and job costing.
