What is FlexxStore?

FlexxStore is an Enterprise Content Management (ECM) client developed by Soluvine GmbH that connects document management systems and archiving solutions with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management.

Key features:

  • Automatic archiving of internal documents generated in Dynamics 365, with support for SSRS, Electronic Reporting, Lasernet, Docentric, and dox42 report engines
  • External document management via drag & drop, document scanning, or REST API
  • Contextual document management: documents are linked to business data (accounts, orders, invoices, etc.) with references
  • Integrated document viewer for PDFs, Office files, images, and e-invoices directly inside Dynamics 365
  • Granular rights management integrated with the Dynamics 365 role concept
  • Power Apps & Power Automate integration for custom document workflows
  • REST API for receiving documents from external systems and iPaaS solutions

Supported integrations: easy archive, swiDOC, SharePoint Online (via MetaShare), and any CMIS-compatible archive system.

FlexxStore is available on Microsoft AppSource and the Microsoft Marketplace, and supports both cloud and on-premises versions of Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM.
