FlatStock

FlatStock is an inventory tracker built for small businesses that have outgrown a spreadsheet but do not want to be priced by how many things they own.

There is one plan, $24.99 per month or $199 per year, covering up to 10,000 items. No tier unlocks more items, and there is no per-user charge: the login is shared across unlimited devices, and whoever has an item checked out is recorded as a name on a ledger rather than as a paid seat.

Migration is the main focus. A Sortly export can be uploaded directly, with column mapping, a dry run that writes nothing before you commit, and a downloadable report of any rows that could not be read. Photos in the export are downloaded and re-hosted rather than left pointing back at the old account.

Items carry photos, quantities, barcodes, custom fields and minimum stock levels, and can be organised in nested folders. Labels can be printed from the browser. CSV export is available at any time, including after a subscription lapses, at which point the account becomes read-only instead of locked.
