Flamingo brings the raytrace and radiosity rendering inside Rhino. This plug-in includes:

Rendering: Photometrically accurate images with reflections, refraction, diffusion, translucency, transparency, color bleeding, hard and soft shadows, depth of field, depth attenuation, and indirect lighting.

Materials: Drag and drop from an extensive material library with user controllable properties including defuse color, reflections, refraction, translucency, transparency, depth attenuation, bitmap textures with tiling and masking, procedural 2-D and 3-D materials, ClearFinish™, and angular blend.

Lighting: Lighting options include directional, point, spot, linear, rectangular, and goniometric lights, sun, ground, sky, and global illumination using a light dome or an HDR image.

Other features: Procedural clouds, fractal-generated 3-D plants, progressive-refinement for quick preview, RPC support, Piranesi EPix support, and extensive plant and background libraries.
