What is Filmijob?
Filmijob is a platform where companies can interview hundreds of candidates in an easy and fast way. The recruiter adds five interview questions when posting the offer, and candidates answer them with their webcams, taking all the interviews they wish at home and therefore saving time, money and movements.
In addition, we have developed our own algorithm. It identifies and shows the affinity level of every candidate for every job, and makes a ranking with all the candidates. After, companies can see which candidates are most suitable for their offers and the videos of the best candidates when they want.
