What is Fillbook?

Fillbook is a trading journal for futures day traders running prop-firm evaluation and funded accounts. Trades arrive by automatic sync from Tradovate and NinjaTrader, by beta connectors (Interactive Brokers, ProjectX/TopstepX, PropReports, Sierra Chart), or by CSV import from almost any platform, including Rithmic and CQG exports. Fillbook tracks each account's drawdown, daily-loss and consistency buffers from those trades, flags habits like revenge trading and overtrading, and shows which setups pay, measured in R-multiples and expectancy rather than raw P&L.

A free plan covers one account with manual entry and CSV import. Core ($24.99/mo) adds up to 5 accounts, prop-firm rule tracking, broker auto-sync and behavioral analytics, and Elite ($39.99/mo) adds AI coaching. New accounts also get a 14-day trial with no card required. Alerts are warnings based on your synced trades, not broker-side enforcement.
